AeroVirtus has been established to create a highly profitable aerospace focused business built through a “Buy, Build and Improve” model.

We are seeking to acquire suitable platforms in the fragmented Tier 2 and 3 sectors of the aerospace supply chain, for consolidation with add-on businesses.   

Our experienced team of senior leaders from across the Aerospace sector have the proven track record to lead business turnarounds in order to create growth and value for both the businesses and investors.
